Partner in the spotlight: Atlantis of Kilmore Quay
The working ethos of wholesale supplier Gastrome Professional Ingredients matches the wishes of fresh seafood specialist company Atlantis of Kilmore Quay. Both companies are located in the Republic of Ireland and are involved in the production and marketing of food. The range of Gastrome Professional Ingredients includes Dutch Spices’ products.
Atlantis of Kilmore Quay
Atlantis of Kilmore Quay supplies discerning chefs, retailers and the public with the best fresh fish and seafood and in-house smoked fish and does it in a sustainable way. The Company delivers an exceptional product quality and range while responding to consumer trends and remaining focused on protecting the ocean environment. One of the ways they achieve this is through contracts within the fishing industry.
Wexford, where Atlantis of Kilmore Quay is based, is a very favourable location for catching many types of fish. The Company works with a number of selected partners, including Peter Curry of Gastrome Professional Ingredients, which is where Atlantis purchases its Dutch Spices seasonings.
Collaboration in seasonings via Gastrome Professional Ingredients
Atlantis has been collaborating successfully with Peter and the team for several years. Andy Probert from Atlantis: “Dutch Spices’ superior product range meets all Atlantis’ needs. The products are versatile in use and of a consistently high quality. The broad spectrum of allergen-safety the products offer and in which we have complete confidence includes being gluten-free. This allows Atlantis to offer a competitive product to the retail market. We love to experiment and try new flavours. That’s why our product range includes Kilmore Quay Seafood Sausages and Master Chef Meal Kits. The meal kits are very nutritious and are prepared using local artisanal ingredients.”
