Dutch Spices’ ready-to-use red curry sauce is a perfect cooking sauce for a wide variety of Thai cuisine inspired curries made with chicken, beef, white fish, seafood, potatoes, green beans, bamboo shoots, aubergines and red peppers that combine perfectly with boiled or fried rice. The recommended dosage is 1,250 grams of sauce per kilo of meat/poultry/fish and 750 grams of vegetables.
