Salt & Black Pepper Marinade from Dutch Spices
Dutch Spices’ Salt & Black Pepper Marinade is a glossy, transparent brown oil marinade flecked with cracked black peppercorns and made following a tried-and-tested Dutch Spices recipe. This rapeseed oil-based marinade brings together the spicy flavour and fragrance of pepper with the fresh tang of lime.
For meat, poultry and fish
From beef strips for an oriental stir-fry dish to a white fish fillet – with Dutch Spices’ Salt & Black Pepper oil marinade you can create the most delicious meat, poultry and fish dishes. Simply marinate your chicken, beef or white fish in or with the marinade and make carpaccio tapenades, stir fries, vegetable stacks and potato wedges. The recommended dosage is 80 to 100 grams of marinade per kilo of product. The marinade will also add a spicy, fresh taste boost to anything that will be barbequed or grilled.
In handy jerrycans
Dutch Spices’ liquid Salt & Black Pepper Marinade is supplied in handy jerrycans, so pouring the correct amount of the ready-to-use flavoured oil is very easy and hygienic. This makes it ideal for applications including hotpots and catering. Kept in the unopened jerrycan in a cooled environment the marinade will stay fresh for 12 months (see the THT date on the packaging). Shake before use.
