Provence Taste Marinade from Dutch Spices
Dutch Spices’ Provence Taste Marinade is an attractive, glossy, transparent, green, rape seed and sunflower oil-based marinade liberally flecked with garden herbs. The combination of herbs and spices frequently used in the Provence region in Southern France, including bay, marjoram, oregano and tarragon, gives the marinade a fresh taste while rosemary, thyme and garlic add an appetising, evocative fragrance.
For meat, poultry and fish
From herb-flavoured roulades to grilled vegetables – with Dutch Spices’ Provence Taste oil marinade you can give your culinary creations a delicious Mediterranean flavour by simply marinating your chicken, pork, white fish, prawns or vegetables in or with the herb oil. The recommended dosage is 80 to 100 grams of marinade per kilo of product. Provence Taste Marinade will also add a delicious herby taste boost to anything that will be barbequed or grilled.
In handy jerrycans
Dutch Spices’ liquid Provence Taste Marinade is supplied in handy jerrycans, so pouring the correct amount of the ready-to-use flavoured oil is very easy and hygienic. This makes it ideal for applications including hotpots and catering. Kept in the unopened jerrycan in a cooled environment the marinade will stay fresh for 12 months (see the THT date on the packaging). Shake before use.
