Porto Taste Marinade from Dutch Spices
Dutch Spices’ Porto Taste Marinade is an attractive, glossy orange-red, rapeseed oil-based marinade flecked with finely-ground black pepper and chilli peppers. The combination of herbs and spices frequently used in the region around the city of Porto gives the marinade the typical sizzling Portuguese piri piri taste and aroma.
For meat, poultry and fish
From beef kebabs to turkey escallops – with Dutch Spices’ Porto Taste oil marinade you can give your culinary creations a delicious Portuguese flavour by simply marinating your chicken, turkey, lamb, pork, beef, white fish or prawns in or with the herb oil. The recommended dosage is 80 to 100 grams of marinade per kilo of product. Porto Taste Marinade will also add a delicious mildly spicy taste boost to anything that will be barbequed or grilled – including vegetables.
In handy jerrycans
Dutch Spices’ liquid Porto Taste Marinade is supplied in handy jerrycans, so pouring the correct amount of the ready-to-use flavoured oil is very easy and hygienic. This makes it ideal for applications including hotpots and catering. Kept in the unopened jerrycan in a cooled environment the marinade will stay fresh for 12 months (see the THT date on the packaging). Shake before use.
