Green Pesto Marinade from Dutch Spices
Dutch Spices’ Green Pesto Marinade is a glossy pale green oil marinade with an Italian taste twist of garlic, basil, oregano and tarragon. Other herbs and spices, such as rosemary, dill, turmeric and parsley, complete the Mediterranean experience. Its full of herbs flavour, attractive flakes of vivid green herbs and appetising pesto fragrance make this rich herb oil a classic in our marinade range.
For meat, poultry and fish
From salmon parcels to carpaccio tapenade – with Dutch Spices’ Green Pesto oil marinade you can give all manner of meat, poultry, fish and vegetable dishes an Italian tint. Simply marinate your chicken, pork, beef, lamb, fish, prawns or vegetables in or with the marinade and add a garnish of fresh herbs. The recommended dosage is 80 grams of marinade per kilo of product. Green Pesto Marinade is also ideal for seasoning anything that will be barbequed or grilled and tastes delicious with pizzas, crusty bread and pasta dishes and in tomato salads.
In handy jerrycans
Dutch Spices’ liquid Green Pesto Marinade is supplied in handy jerrycans, so pouring the correct amount of the ready-to-use flavoured oil is very easy and hygienic. This makes it ideal for applications including hotpots and catering. Kept in the unopened jerrycan in a cooled environment the marinade will stay fresh for 12 months (see the THT date on the packaging). Shake before use.
