Dutch Spices’ Extreme Hot Marinade is an attractive red marinade flecked with chilli, onion and black peppercorns. This marinade has a delicious garlic and bouillon flavour, but beware – you may need to warn your guests in advance about what to expect. It’s an absolute must for anyone who thinks that where taste is concerned the hotter the better.
For meat, poultry and fish
From spare ribs to prawn skewers – with Dutch Spices’ Extreme Hot oil marinade you can create the most delicious culinary creations that really turn up the heat by simply marinating chicken, pork, beef, fish or prawns in or with the marinade. The recommended dosage is 80 to 100 grams of marinade per kilo of product. The extreme hot marinade will also add a super-spicy bite to anything that will be barbequed or grilled. This marinade really is especially for people who like it hotter than hot.

Dutch Spices’ liquid Extreme Hot Marinade is supplied in handy jerrycans, so pouring the correct amount of the ready-to-use flavoured oil is very easy and hygienic. This makes it ideal for applications including hotpots and catering. Kept in the unopened jerrycan in a cooled environment the marinade will stay fresh for 12 months (see the THT date on the packaging). Shake before use.
