Crumbs Milano from Dutch Spices
Dutch Spices’ Crumbs Milano combines coarse white breadcrumb with a delicious mix of Mediterranean herbs – basil, parsley, rosemary, oregano and tarragon – and a garnish of red bell pepper and ground white and black peppercorns. The crumbs are ideal for coating unseasoned meat, fish and snacks. The mildly-spiced crumb mix guarantees an appetising, lightly coloured layer of crispness. A versatile coating
Use the breadcrumb mix to make the most tender schnitzels. It’s also ideal for all your quickly-prepared products, such as hamburgers, mince cordon-bleus and croquettes. For the crispiest and most delectable crumb coating lightly dust the meat or other filling with flour then dip it in beaten egg (white) before putting it in a tray of the Crumbs Milano and ensuring it is well covered. Minced meat products can be dipped directly in the crumbs. The recommended dosage is 100 grams of breadcrumb mix per kilo of product.
In a sturdy bucket
Dutch Spices’ Crumbs Milano is supplied as coarse crumbs in a handy (stackable) plastic bucket with a sturdy green lid. Kept in the unopened bucket the crumbs mix will stay fresh for 24 months (see the THT date on the bucket). When storing always ensure crumb mix remains dry and the packaging remains securely closed.
