Bombay Taste Marinade from Dutch Spices

Dutch Spices’ Bombay Taste Marinade is a glossy yellow ochre coloured oil marinade flecked with bell peppers and made following a tried-and-tested Dutch Spices recipe. This rapeseed oil-based marinade brings together herbs and spices frequently used in Indian cuisine, such as turmeric, ground ginger, lovage, cumin, lemon grass and cardamom. This marinade with its sweet curry taste and appetising curry and garlic aroma will give your dishes a typical Indian taste twist.

For meat, poultry and fish

From Bombay kebabs to tropical veal noisettes – with Dutch Spices’ Bombay oil marinade you can create the most delicious meat, poultry and fish dishes with a flavour of the Indian subcontinent. Simply marinate your chicken, pork, fish or prawns in or with the marinade and fry them with potatoes and vegetables. The recommended dosage is 80 grams of marinade per kilo of product. The marinade will also add a Bombay boost to anything that will be barbequed or grilled.

In handy jerrycans

Dutch Spices’ liquid Bombay Taste Marinade is supplied in handy jerrycans, so pouring the correct amount of the ready-to-use flavoured oil is very easy and hygienic. This makes it ideal for applications including hotpots and catering. Kept in the unopened jerrycan in a cooled environment the marinade will stay fresh for 12 months (see the THT date on the packaging). Shake before use.
