BBQ Dusting from Dutch Spices
Dutch Spices’ BBQ Dusting is a sweet, mildly-piquant herb & spice mix with the smoky barbeque flavour of American cuisine. The delicious combination of tomato, paprika and onion with a hint of garlic makes this an ideal seasoning for giving chicken and meat an appetising warm red colour and extra flavour. The mix is intended for low and slow cooking on the barbecue, or in or over another heat source: during the slow, low temperature cooking the dusting gives the chicken or pork an appetizing shine and succulence.
An American spiciness
Although this versatile seasoning is primarily intended to add an American flavour to belly pork and chicken wings, it will also make a delicious difference when sprinkled on other chicken joints and snacks, meat, soups and sauces. The recommended dosage is 100 grams per kilo of product.
In sturdy buckets
Dutch Spices’ BBQ Dusting is supplied as a powder in handy plastic buckets with sturdy green lids. Kept in the unopened bucket the dusting mix will stay fresh for 24 months (see the THT date on the bucket). When storing always ensure the dusting powder remains dry and the packaging remains securely closed.
