Sunny Saté Sauce van Dutch Spices

Dutch Spices’ Sunny Saté Sauce has the same taste and creamy mouth feel as the original Southeast Asian peanut sauce, but is made following a tried-and-tested Dutch Spices recipe that does not include peanuts. This allergen-safe alternative combines sunflower seeds (the ‘sunny’ in the name) with a carefully-selected mix of herbs and spices, red bell pepper, garlic and soy sauce. The mildly spicy sauce with a fresh hint of ginger and lemon grass is a perfect accompaniment to both meat and vegetable dishes. All your customers will love it.

For meat and vegetable saté skewers

Use the ready-to-use Dutch Spices Sunny Saté Sauce exactly the same way that you would use a ‘regular’ saté (or to use the English spelling, satay) sauce: In virtually no time at all you will have the most delicious skewers of chicken or beef. The creamy brown sauce is also an excellent accompaniment to stir fry vegetables, rice dishes, Indonesian dishes, meatballs, fries and crusty fresh bread. The recommended dosage is 100 grams of sauce per kilo of product.

In sturdy buckets

Dutch Spices’ creamy Sunny Saté Sauce is supplied in handy plastic buckets with sturdy green lids. The buckets can be stacked and are easy to empty using a scraper. Kept in the unopened bucket the sauce will stay fresh for 12 months (see the THT date on the bucket). Always store in a cool, dry environment and ensure the packaging remains securely closed. Shake well before use.
