Hot & Spicy Dusting from Dutch Spices

Dutch Spices’ Hot & Spicy Dusting is a sweet and spicy herb & spice mix containing plenty of chilli and garlic against a background of tomato, paprika and cumin plus a hint of onion and oregano. The piquant herb & spice mix made following a tried-and-tested Dutch Spices recipe will give your chicken and meat and appetizing warm red colour and extra flavour. The mix is intended for low and slow cooking on the barbecue or in or over another heat source: during the slow, low temperature cooking the dusting gives the chicken and/or pork an appetizing shine and succulence.

A piquant spiciness

Although this versatile seasoning is primarily intended to add a piquant spiciness to belly pork and chicken, it will also make a delicious difference sprinkled on other meats and savoury snacks, especially potato wedges. The recommended dosage is 100 grams per kilo of product.

In sturdy buckets

Dutch Spices’ Hot & Spicy Dusting is supplied as a powder in handy plastic buckets with sturdy green lids. Kept in the unopened bucket the dusting mix will stay fresh for 24 months (see the THT date on the bucket). When storing always ensure the dusting powder remains dry and the packaging remains securely closed.
