Dutch Spices’ Taste of Greece Marinade is a glossy bright-red oil marinade flecked with Mediterranean herbs and made following a tried-and-tested Dutch Spices recipe. This rapeseed and sunflower seed oil-based marinade brings together herbs and spices frequently used in Greek cuisine, such as cumin, caraway, paprika, oregano, thyme, rosemary and cloves. This marinade with its characteristically Greek strong rosemary flavour and delectable rosemary, cumin and paprika aroma is a must for every Greek meat dish.

For meat, poultry and fish

From gyros steaks to Greek pork fillets – with Dutch Spices’ Greek oil marinade you can create the most delicious meat, poultry and fish dishes with a Greek flavour by simply marinating your chicken, pork, beef or white fish in or with the marinade. The recommended dosage is 80 grams of marinade per kilo of product. The marinade will also add a Greek taste boost to anything that will be barbequed or grilled.

In a handy bucket

Dutch Spices’ liquid Taste of Greece Marinade is supplied in a handy plastic bucket with a sturdy green lid. The bucket can be stacked and is easy to empty using a scraper. Kept in the unopened bucket the marinade will stay fresh for 12 months (see the THT date on the bucket). Always store in a cool, dry environment. Shake before use.
