Dutch Spices’ Classic Gravy Mix is a basis for making your own delectable, gravy with a traditional made-from-the-meat-juices-in-the-roasting-pan flavour. Delicious with beef stews, pot roasts, braised beef or pork steaks and, of course, Grandma’s meatballs. In fact, just the smell of the roasted meat aroma is enough to make everyone’s mouth water.
Ready in no time
Do you want to make your own gravy very quickly? With Classic Gravy Mix you can: simply pour boiling water into a saucepan and stir in the gravy powder (60 grams of powder per litre of water). Add a knob of butter, allow to simmer for three minutes and the gravy is ready; And just as delicious as gravy from the old-fashioned roasting pan. The gravy mix is also ideal for sprinkling on braising or frying steaks and it works perfectly when cooking sous-vide.

Dutch Spices’ Super Classic Gravy Mix is supplied as a powder in handy plastic buckets with sturdy green lids. Kept in the unopened bucket the gravy mix will stay fresh for 24 months (see the THT date on the bucket). When storing always ensure the mix remains dry and the packaging remains securely closed.
