New display counter concept that appeals to a younger audience
New display counter concept that appeals to a younger audience Recently Butcher Westy gave a demonstration at Clark’s Family Butchers in Fleet, south-west of London. The butcher’s shop is on a busy and vibrant high street in a neighbourhood that is undergoing considerable rejuvenation. On the outside the family butcher’s retains the nostalgic look of an old fashioned butcher’s shop, but step inside and the products and concepts on offer are hip, trendy and geared to meet the needs of young families.
The shop owners approached Butcher Westy because they wanted to update the way they used their display counter. Together they developed inspiring concepts that will continue to amaze customers in the coming seasons and years.
It was decided to include several meal concepts in the display counter. Meals meet the convenience needs of younger customers in particular because they are offered as partly ready-to-eat. To avoid adding any unnecessary allergens the dishes were prepared using Dutch Spices sauces.
As soon as they tasted the new concepts the owners of Clark’s Family Butchers were very enthusiastic. Butcher Westy’s flavoursome concepts were immediately included in the display counter to surprise customers with delicious products and offer them optimum convenience.
