With Dutch Spices’ ready-to-use Hoisin Sauce you can make the most deliciously flavoursome and fragrant stir fry dishes in almost no time at all. The brown stir fry sauce goes perfectly with vegetables such as broccoli, mushrooms and green beans and meats such as chicken and beef and combines well with rice, mie and noodles. Hoisin is also the sauce traditionally spread on the pancakes accompanying Peking Duck. The recommended dosage is 100 grams of sauce per kilo of product. The sauce can also be used to give chicken pieces a delicious shiny coating.

Dutch Spices’ thick and sticky Hoisin Sauce is supplied in handy plastic buckets with sturdy green lids. The buckets can be stacked and are easy to empty using a scraper. Kept in the unopened bucket the sauce will stay fresh for 12 months (see the THT date on the bucket). Always store in a cool, dry environment and ensure the packaging remains securely closed. Shake well before use.
