These koftas are seasoned with our Dutch Spices-Crème Onion marinade. This is a new marinade that will be an asset during the coming barbecue season.
Ingredients
- 100 gr Dutch Spices Spanish Style Marinade (1004172)
- 1 kg pork steaks
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- Skewers
Preparation
- Cut the pork steaks into 2 to 3 cm cubes.
- Marinate the cubes in the Dutch Spices Spanish Style Marinade for 24 hours.
- Thread the marinated pork cubes onto the skewers and place them on a platter or dish.
- Drizzle some extra Spanish Style Marinade over the pork skewers and sprinkle with the chopped spring onion.
- Your Spanish pork skewers are ready.
- Consumer: Grill the Spanish pork skewers on the barbecue for about 8 minutes.
