These koftas are seasoned with our Dutch Spices-Crème Onion marinade. This is a new marinade that will be an asset during the coming barbecue season.
Ingredients
- 85 gr Dutch Spices Spanish Style Marinade (1005854)
- 1 kg chicken drumsticks
- 200 g bacon, thinly sliced
Preparation
- Marinate the drumsticks with 50 gram Dutch Spices Spanish Style Marinade.
- Put the marinated drumsticks in a vacuum bag, seal the bag and cook in the steamer (100% humidity) for 45 minutes at 85°C.
- Let the drumsticks cool down. Remove the drumsticks from the vacuum bag and wrap them with bacon.
- Brush the bacon with the remaining Spanish Style Marinade and your Spanish drumsticks are ready.
- Consumer: Grill the Spanish drumsticks on the barbecue for about 10 minutes.
