These koftas are seasoned with our Dutch Spices-Crème Onion marinade. This is a new marinade that will be an asset during the coming barbecue season.
Ingredients
- 80-100 gr Dutch Spices Mississippi style marinade (2002344)
- 1 kg chicken drumsticks
- Fresh herbs, such as thyme
Preparation
- Chop some fresh herbs and mix them with the Dutch Spices Mississippi style marinade.
- Marinate the drumsticks for at least 3 hours. Present the Mississippi taste drumsticks on an attractive tray or platter in your display counter.
- Consumers Oven: Lay the drumsticks in an oven-proof dish large enough to hold them in one layer. Cover the dish with aluminium foil and roast in an oven pre-heated to 170°C for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and roast for a further 30 minutes. BBQ: Cook the Mississippi drumsticks on the barbecue for about 15 minutes turning several times.
