These koftas are seasoned with our Dutch Spices-Crème Onion marinade. This is a new marinade that will be an asset during the coming barbecue season.
Ingredients
- 70-80 gr Dutch Spices Chilli-Willi Marinade (2011071)
- 1 kg boneless shoulder chops or steaks
- Skewers
Preparation
- Cut the pork into slices about 1.5 cm wide.
- Cut the slices into thin strips (just like shawarma).
- Mix the finely sliced pork strips with the Dutch Spices Chilli-Willi Marinade and thread them onto the skewers. .
- Present the Chilli-Willi pork skewers on an attractive tray or platter in your display counter.
- Consumer: Cook the Chilli-Willi pork skewers on the barbecue for about 8 minutes
- Serve the Chilli-Willi pork skewers with Dutch Spices Garlic Dip Table Sauce (1002300).
